This Account Termination Policy outlines the terms under which ParadigmBizHub reserves the right to terminate user accounts. It is crucial for all users, including both suppliers and buyers, to understand their obligations and the consequences of non-compliance.

1. Grounds for Account Termination

ParadigmBizHub may terminate a user’s account for any of the following reasons:

  • a. Violations of Terms of Use
    • Any violation of the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct as established by ParadigmBizHub will result in immediate account termination.
  • b. Unauthorized Contact
    • Engaging in communication or business transactions with other users outside of the ParadigmBizHub platform without prior written consent from ParadigmBizHub is strictly prohibited. Any user found to be soliciting or conducting business outside of the platform shall face immediate termination of their account.
  • c. Fraudulent Activities
    • Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities that undermine the integrity of the platform will result in account termination.
  • d. Misrepresentation
    • Providing false information during the registration process or throughout the use of the platform may lead to account termination.
  • e. Breach of Trust
    • Actions that compromise the trust and security of the platform, including but not limited to harassment, threats, or abusive behavior towards other users, will not be tolerated and will result in account termination.

2. Termination Process

  • a. Notification
    • Upon determination of a violation that warrants termination, ParadigmBizHub will notify the user via the registered email address associated with their account.
  • b. Immediate Effect
    • Termination will be effective immediately upon notification, and the user will no longer have access to their account or any associated features.
  • c. Data Retention
    • Upon termination, all user data and content may be permanently deleted from ParadigmBizHub’s systems, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Blacklisting

  • Users whose accounts are terminated for any of the reasons outlined in this policy will be permanently blacklisted from utilizing ParadigmBizHub’s services in the future. They will not be permitted to create a new account or rejoin the platform under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

  • In the event of account termination, no refunds will be issued for any services, fees, or charges incurred by the user. This policy is applicable irrespective of the cause of termination.

5. Appeal Process

  • Users whose accounts have been terminated may submit a written appeal to ParadigmBizHub within 7 days of receiving the termination notice. Appeals should be sent to the following email address: support@paradigmbizhub.com.
  • The appeal will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to the user within 10 business days of receipt.
