Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ParadigmBizHub, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both suppliers and buyers. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services, the process for requesting refunds, and the one-time onboarding fee. This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

1. General Terms

  • Applicability: This policy applies to all transactions made through the ParadigmBizHub platform, including service listings by suppliers and service purchases by buyers.
  • Agreement: By using our platform, both suppliers and buyers agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. One-Time Onboarding Fee

For Suppliers

  • Onboarding Fee: Suppliers are required to pay a one-time onboarding fee of SGD 150 upon registration. This fee covers the initial setup and verification of the supplier’s business details and documentation.
  • Conditions:
    • The onboarding fee is non-refundable.
    • Suppliers must provide all necessary documentation and business registration details during the onboarding process.

For Buyers

  • Onboarding Fee: Buyers may be charged a one-time onboarding fee of SGD 150 when creating an account to access premium features and services.
  • Conditions:
    • The onboarding fee is non-refundable.
    • Buyers must complete the registration process and provide necessary business details to gain access to all features.

3. Cancellation Policy

For Suppliers

  • Cancellation of Services:
    • Suppliers may cancel a service listing at any time before a buyer has made a payment.
    • If a service has been paid for but is yet to be delivered, suppliers must notify the buyer immediately and provide a full refund.
    • If a supplier needs to cancel after services have commenced, they must communicate with the buyer to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

For Buyers

  • Cancellation of Orders:
    • Buyers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided that the supplier has not started the service.
    • If the buyer cancels the order after 24 hours but before the service is delivered, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Once the service has been delivered, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Qualifying Conditions: Buyers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
    • The service was not delivered within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
    • The service provided was not as described or failed to meet the standards agreed upon.
    • The buyer cancels the service as per the cancellation terms outlined above.

Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund:
    • To initiate a refund request, buyers must contact ParadigmBizHub support via the messaging system or email within 7 days of the service delivery.
    • Provide the following information:
      • Order ID
      • Reason for the refund request
      • Supporting documentation (if applicable), such as screenshots or emails.
  2. Review of Request:
    • ParadigmBizHub will review the refund request and supporting documentation.
    • A decision will be made within 5 business days of receiving the refund request.
  3. Issuance of Refund:
    • If the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to the buyer’s original payment method.
    • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the buyer's account, depending on the payment method used.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services may be designated as non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Customized services tailored specifically to the buyer’s requirements.
    • Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted by the buyer.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If there is a disagreement regarding the cancellation or refund process, both suppliers and buyers are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably through the platform’s messaging system.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, ParadigmBizHub may facilitate a mediation process to help both parties arrive at a fair solution.

6. Policy Modifications

  • ParadigmBizHub reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the platform.
  • Users are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
